About the People Intern position

We are looking for a People Intern who will join our Business Team to help recruitment and improving company culture. You will also collaborate with the other internal teams to develop solutions to different cases for improving our company.

People Intern responsibilities are:

  • Screening applicant resumes to identify suitable candidates for interviews and current job vacancies
  • Conducting telephone pre-screens where required
  • Organizing and scheduling interviews with shortlisted candidates and hiring managers
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards, school career boards, and social media platforms
  • Organizing team events
  • Other duties as assigned, including special projects (i.e. career fairs)

People Intern requirements are:

  • Desire to work on projects and programs that will provide a platform for personal growth
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong follow through and ability to see projects to completion
