The users create a data pool by shooting match videos as video experts and evaluating football players as scouts.Scoutium's 200+ video experts record videos from all around Turkey and also from 8 different countries in Europe. Then, 170+ scouts analyze players and create a large database especially about lower & academy leagues. Clubs can sign up to Scoutium as free and they can purchase 90 mins videos & player analyses to discover the talents to fit their team. Players can watch their matches and display analyses to improve themselves. Also, they can have notification when the clubs display their analyses.

Sales Manager responsibilities are:

  • Develops annual sales business plan in conjunction with Marketing, Product and Operations, which defines activities to follow during the fiscal year
  • Ensure proper pipeline management activities, including accurate forecasting, lead nurturing and contracting cycles in partnership with internal teams
  • Manage accounts, ensuring that clients are able to meet their business objectives and get on-going value from using our solutions.
  • Manage all aspects of the client renewal process pulling in resources to all team as needed
  • Drive customer advocacy throughout all company communications; product roadmap design, operational process improvement, marketing plan etc.
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to help with campaigns and events throughout the year

Sales Manager requirements are:

  • Maximum 4 years’ experience in software sales (SaaS, software-as-a-service) in the B2B segment especially in the medium and large enterprise
  • Proven track record of driving B2B sales and commercial targets and KPIs
  • Commercially focused with consultative sales approach and able to influence key stakeholders to deliver solutions and meet sales targets
  • An outstanding communicator with great negotiation skills
  • Experience managing and/or teaming with employees across countries
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Travel required from time to time, as needed
